The first season of IRON FIST arrived with mixed reviews, but after a shakeup in the production team, they're ready to debut season 2.

The first season gave us Danny Rand's origin story as we pieced together how he ended up in K'un-Lun and we watched his powers slowly developed. As he embraces his calling, season 2 is expected to allow him to really cut loose with his abilities as his ongoing battle against evil continues.

During San Diego Comic Con, there was a panel to celebrate the 10th anniversary of STAR WARS: CLONE WARS.  The panel ended with one hell of a surprise: 4 years after being cancelled, CLONE WARS IS BACK!  According to Gamespot, "Fans got their first look at an older Anakin, Obi-Wan, Rex, and Ahsoka in a new SDCC trailer, which you can watch below. A total of 12 new episodes of the animated series are officially coming to Disney's upcoming streaming service."

DC has opened up a website for their DC Universe web platform for pre-orders!  It doesn't actually launch until the fall, but if you subscribe now, you will get an additional three months free when it launches.  The pricing they announced is $7.99 a month of $74.99 for a year.  DC Universe works on desktop and all your iOS and Android devices. It’s also compatible with Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google Chromecast.  No mention of Roku at the moment.

So what do you get for your $75?  Looks like quite a bit...

BLACK LIGHTNING is a CW show that differs from the rest of the DC Comics' based Arrowverse, and not just because it's completely separate from it. CRESS WILLIAMS plays the titular superhero, Black Lightning, aka high school principal Jefferson Pierce. As Pierce, he's a legend in the city of Freeland for his record with getting students into college. But he's legendary for another reason as well -- several years ago he cleaned up the community as the electrically-charged vigilante, Black Lightning. But he went into retirement, and the city of Freeland has gone steadily downhill ever since.

Weeks after its stunning decision to cancel Roseanne, ABC is officially moving forward with a spinoff of TV's current No. 1 series — without controversial star Roseanne Barr.

Following aggressive talks with exec producer Tom Werner, the Disney-owned broadcaster has handed out a 10-episode, straight-to-series order for Roseanne spinoff The Conners (working title). The new take, which will also be a multicamera comedy and premiere in the fall, will follow the Conner family who, after a sudden turn of events, are forced to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford in a way they never have before.

ABC has pulled the plug on the revival “Roseanne.”

The move comes after series star Roseanne Barr made a comment on Twitter Tuesday morning referring to former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett as the “offspring of the ‘Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.'”

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement.

If you didn't watch the mind-bending, heart pounding, season finale of KRYPTON last evening, you may want to close out and come back after you have. There are spoilers abound as KRYPTON continues to make their own rules in a way that not only honors the Superman mythos, but enhances it as well.

The hottest show on SyFy right now is KRYPTON and with the season finale upon us, news has come out about its future.

Announced yesterday, the show has been picked up for a second season. KRYPTON, starring Cameron Cuffe, Shaun Sipos, Wallis Day, Georgina Campbell, and Ann Ogbomo has taken Superman's homeworld by storm. Shaking up the mythos in ways that no one could have imagined, viewers have been treated to stunning set pieces and impressive special effects.

THE FLASH Season 4 started off strong, then hit more than one obstacle along the way.

Fortunately for the fans, the season ended just as strong as it began, as Team Flash gets help from The Thinker's estranged wife, Marlize (KIM ENGELBRECHT). Utlizing the pregnancy-induced telepathic powers of Cecile Horton (DANIELLE NICOLET), they are able to broadcast The Flash (GRANT GUSTIN) into the mind of The Thinker, Clifford DeVoe (NEIL SANDILANDS). The mission: to find the good that once was in him, bring it to the fore through a mental nexus, and have that good take over, before his satellites completely canvass the globe and bring The Enlightenment -- the erasure of all human intelligence.

Last week, it was announced that Universal/NBC had decided to keep Raw on the USA Network, reportedly tripling what they were paying the WWE.  Smackdown would no longer be on USA, and WWE had been shopping it around.  The frontrunners included Fox, Facebook, and Amazon.

Earlier in the season, Dru Zod arrived via time travel to save Krypton. It was revealed that the planet's core becomes destabilized after Brainiac rips Kandor from the ground. Stop Brainiac, save Krypton.

It's the season finale for RIVERDALE, and it looks as though things might actually get back the place being a beacon of all that is good.

So naturally, evil wins.

Let's start with setting everyone's minds at ease about the ending of last week's episode: Jughead (COLE SPROUSE) is alive. Shame on the writers for making us hold our breath during the opening moments of this episode! For good measure, Fangs Fogarty (DREW RAY TANNER) is also alive -- reports of his death from the sheriff were a ploy by Hiram Lodge (MARK CONSUELOS) to lure the Southside Serpents into war with the Goolies.

The penultimate episode of the fourth season finds Flash (GRANT GUSTIN) and his teammates in a last-ditch effort against the clock to stop Clifford DeVoe, aka The Thinker (NEIL SANDILANDS) from launching his satellites, which would work in conjunction to flood the world with dark matter and erase human intelligence. It's a tension-filled adventure juxtaposed against the silliness of Iris (CANDICE PATTON) having to babysit a near-idiot level Harrison Wells (TOM CAVANAGH), while Joe West (JESSE L MARTIN) copes with the newest development in the last week of DA Cecile Horton's (DANIELLE NICOLET) pregnancy as her mind-reading powers stretch to become mind-inhabiting powers.
